Are prices including or excluding VAT?

All amounts on this page are excl. 21% VAT. The invoice follows EU reverse-charge rules where applicable for B2B customers with valid VAT ID.

Can I cancel mid-month?

Yes. All plans are monthly cancellable at the end of the current cycle. Moving to a larger plan goes through a payment request: you transfer the amount and the new plan is ready once we confirm the payment. Moving to a smaller or free plan takes effect straight away. Nothing is prorated — you pay the full amount for the new period.

What happens if I exceed my quote limit?

Your account keeps working — no blocks, no upgrade nag emails. Extra quotes are billed on your next invoice: €3/each on Starter (above 25/month), €1.50/each on Pro (above 150/month), free on Business. A busy month doesn't force a plan upgrade.

Can I get a discount on annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is one payment up front instead of twelve monthly instalments. Per plan, against the standard monthly rate: Starter €490/year (vs €588) = 2 months free; Pro €1,490/year (vs €1,788) = 2 months free; Business €3,490/year (vs €4,188) = 2 months free.

How do my customers pay me?

By bank transfer, straight into your own account. The customer portal shows your IBAN, the amount outstanding and a unique reference; your customer transfers it and you tick it off once it lands — the invoice then goes out automatically. No payment provider between you and your customer, so no transaction fee on your revenue. Your own subscription works the same way: one transfer per period, no direct debit.

How secure is my customer data?

Strict tenant isolation at database level, 7-day JWT with rolling refresh, account lockout, CSP, HSTS, audit log of all mutations. Application hosting in the EU (Vercel Frankfurt); database with Neon in London (UK) under the EU adequacy decision, migration to an EU region planned.
